1. Service Description:
- Cartland Group offers web hosting and domain registration services to individuals and businesses. All web hosting and domain registrations must be made upfront. Failure to pay upfront will lead to suspension of your service.
2. Payment and Billing:
- Payment for web hosting and domain services is due upon signup and renewal. Payment for domain renewals must be received at least three days before the due date, or your service may be interrupted.
3. Suspension and Termination:
- If your service is suspended for more than seven days, it will be terminated without further warning to you.
- Accounts which exceed their disk space or bandwidth may be suspended.
4. Support:
- To get support, you must visit https://cartlandgroup.au/support.html to see the support options available to you.
5. Contact Details:
- You must keep your contact details up-to-date with us, otherwise, we won't be able to contact you.
6. Usage Limits and Policies:
- Accounts are limited to sending 500 outgoing emails per hour. You can't send unsolicited emails or emails without double-opt-in.
- Our hosting can't be used for file storage.
- This is a shared hosting environment. Excessive usage of CPU, disk space, and other resources will lead to account suspension or termination. We define excessive use to include more than 25% of CPU capacity, 200,000 inodes, 5,000 database tables, or 5GB database size.
7. Content and Compliance:
- We can't host any content which is illegal under Victorian, Australian, or US law. If we find illegal content, your account could be terminated without warning.
- Offensive content including adult content may lead to your account being suspended or terminated.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of the installation method.
8. Backup Responsibility:
- It's your responsibility to maintain backups. We can't guarantee the reliability of our service; you must have backups.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cartland Group, our affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (each an "Indemnified Party" and, collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings (whether legal or administrative), and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees) threatened, asserted, or filed by a third party against any of the Indemnified Parties arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Services, (ii) any breach or violation by you of this Agreement; or (iii) any acts or omissions by you. The terms of this section shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
